LAINO BORGO - MORANO CALABRO

The route takes you from the Lombard town of Laino (280 m) to the village of Mormanno (830m) and continues to Morano Calabro (680 m), defined as the “Nativity Scene” of the Pollino National Park. [34 Km]

CASTROVILLARI - LUNGRO/ACQUAFORMOSA

From the ancient town of Castrovillari (360 m), you can ride across the villages of San Basile, Saracena, Firmo and Lungro, heading to Acquaformosa (785 m), an Arbëreshe village.[34 Km]

SAN SOSTI - FERRAMONTI/TARSIA LAKE

This hilly ride starts in the village of San Sosti (360 m) and leads to the internment camp of Ferramonti (60 m) and the close nature reserve of Tarsia Lake.[39 Km]

BISIGNANO - CUPONE (CECITA LAKE)

The route connects the ancient village of Bisignano (350 m) with Acri (688 m) and rises up to 1262 m; then it goes down towards the Environmental Education Centre of Cupone, near Cecita Lake.[44 Km]

This mountain ride starts at Cecita lake (1143 m), crosses the town of Germano and the village of Sculca and reaches the tourist site of Silvano Mansio, at 1470 m.

ROVALE - MANCUSO VILLAGE

From the village of Rovale, located at 1350 m on Arvo Lake, the route takes you to Ampollino Lake and the village of Trepitò, climbs up to 1435 m and then descends towards the villages of Racise and Mancuso, at 1290 m. [56 Km]

TAVERNA - TIRIOLO

This mostly hilly ride starts in the centre of Taverna (521 m), crosses the villages of Sorbo S. Basile, Fossato Serralta and Gimigliano and ends in Tiriolo (690 m), famous for offering spectacular views over two seas. [38,7 Km]

CARAFFA - MONTEROSSO [ANGITOLA LAKE VARIANT]

The route links the village of Caraffa di Catanzaro (358 m) to Grifalco. After climbing up to 949 m, it goes down towards Polia (370 m) and Monterosso (310 m), near Angitola Lake.[43 Km]

CARAFFA - TORRE DI RUGGIERO

From Caraffa di Catanzaro (358 m) it proceeds towards Grifalco (456 m) and climbs to 873 m before descending towards San Vito sullo Ionio (404 m) and reaching first Chiaravalle (545 m) and then Torre di Ruggiero. [41.2 Km]

SAN NICOLA DA CRISSA - MONGIANA

This trail starts in S. Nicola da Crissa - known as the “balcony of Calabria” (535 m) - crosses the villages of Simbario, Spadola and Serra San Bruno, which is home to a magnificent Charterhouse, and ends in Mongiana. [41,7 Km]

FABRIZIA - CANOLO

Mountain ride connecting Fabrizia (963 m), a village on the ancient Ionian-Tyrrhenian route, and Canolo, perched on the “Dolomites of Aspromonte”. [39 Km]

CANOLO - GAMBARIE

From the village of Canolo, the route climbs up to Zervò, across the ridge that overlooks the valley of the great stones, at 1250 m. You’ll ride up to 1349 m on a trail that leads to Gambarie d’Aspromonte, at 1324 m. [55,4 Km]

GAMBARIE - REGGIO CALABRIA

From the centre of Gambarie, the route gently rises up to 1366 m and then descends towards the Mediterranean Sea, along 26 km of beautiful coastal road (Falcomatà di Reggio Calabria). [31,8 Km]
